New Customer Success Manager: Meet Ayesha

Meet our new Customer Success Manager, Ayesha! With over 4 years of Salesforce Experience coupled in with her bubbly personality, she is a great asset to our ProQuest team as she assists our clients in resolving CSPs. She is incredibly hardworking and committed and enjoys working with others to overcome challenges.

We asked her a few questions to get to know her a bit better…

What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I find joy in spending quality time with my two children. We engage in various activities and create beautiful memories together. I also enjoy hosting people at my house, capturing casual events through photography, and socialising with friends and family.

What would you sing at Karaoke night?
If I had the chance, I would definitely sing Celine Dion’s “I am alive” or Atif Aslam’s “Jab koi baat.”

What is the one website (or app) you can’t live without?
For me, it’s ChatGPT. As a Customer Success Manager, effective communication is crucial, and I write numerous emails daily. ChatGPT is like my buddy, saving me time by reviewing my responses and helping me streamline my email communication.

What is your favourite part of working from home?
The best thing about working from home is the flexibility it offers. I can sleep in a bit longer or wake up early in the morning. It allows me to attend all my kids’ events without any stress. Plus, I don’t have to worry too much about dressing up—anything casual works just fine!

What is your favourite restaurant or go-to food in Sydney/Australia?
When it comes to satisfying my taste buds, VHM Bros, a Vietnamese restaurant in Melbourne, is my absolute favourite. Their flavours are simply irresistible!

What attracted you to ProQuest?
With a background in Salesforce consulting, my focus has always been on delivering exceptional customer outcomes and maximising the utilisation of the Salesforce platform. Additionally, my educational background in business and keen interest in marketing further fuel my passion for this field. The role of a Customer Success Manager aligns perfectly with my skills and aspirations. I am delighted that my career progression has led me to this management opportunity.

The best part is everyone here to help you out. The people here acknowledge and appreciate the work you do, shouting out for each other and being there to support each other.
