Sydney, Australia, October 29 – ProQuest Consulting has announced today its receipt of the Salesforce.com Partner Innovation Award in the Innovation in Work category. The award was presented at Dreamforce 2012, the world’s largest vendor technology conference, which took place in September in San Francisco.

Together with ProQuest, Smartsalary achieved a step-change in business outcomes: Customer enquiries and customer issues are now consolidated to one system, eliminating double data entry and improving visibility on progress and subsequent interactions; issues are assigned and tracked in the CRM system; telephony and customer interactions are fully integrated; agent productivity and call centre performance (cases open, SLAs), can now be rigorously measured and customer satisfaction results are available from within the CRM with low scores automatically triggering recovery actions.
By delivering an enterprise wide roll-out of social and mobile cloud solutions from salesforce.com (including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Chatter, and Salesforce Service Cloud), ProQuest helped Smartsalary improve performance management of sales teams and foster company-wide collaboration by replacing use of email with Chatter.
