Chad Shafaghi Appointed Professional Services Manager of ProQuest Consulting
SYDNEY – ProQuest Consulting, a leading Salesforce implementation partner, announced today that Chad Shafaghi has been appointed Professional Services Manager effective immediately.
Chad Shafaghi will be responsible for the execution of Salesforce consulting and solution implementation activities in Australia and New Zealand.

Chad holds a master’s degree in IT, Finance & Management, and brings more than 11 years of industry experience to his role at ProQuest. Previously, he held senior project management and consulting roles with Allianz, Adneom, and Novartis. He has led multicultural and worldwide distributed teams to manage various IT projects such as new application development, system integration, legacy systems decommissioning, merging projects and process optimisation initiatives.
