This ensures our team, partners and future colleagues can trust in a culture that values learning, development and success.
We asked Darrshi a few questions to get to know her a bit better...
What part of Salesforce do you love the most? Why?
I really like the use of Chatter Thanks as it’s a simple but powerful way for people to recognise and appreciate each other’s help. Salesforce also helps me stay connected, share updates and keep learning, and what excites me most is its power in automation, reminders and reporting. It’s impressive how easily it streamlines processes and delivers insights.
While our consultants may focus on Salesforce’s technical features and capabilities, I value how it ultimately helps people by providing them with the right tools, insights, and connections to succeed. Being part of ProQuest, a Salesforce Platinum Partner, gives me even more confidence in its impact.
What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working:
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym and doing Pilates. I love connecting with nature through long walks, experimenting with cooking different cuisines, and most importantly spending quality time with family and friends.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
What is the one website (or app) you can’t live without?
WhatsApp is my go-to for staying connected with family and friends, especially those in France. I also love using Instagram for inspiration on recipes, travel and new restaurants to try.
What is your favourite part of working from home?
While I generally love going to the office to meet with people, working from home gives me the chance to really focus, especially on administrative tasks and project work. It also means that when the day is done, I can shift my attention to quality time with family and friends.
What is your favourite restaurant or go-to food in Australia?
My favourite restaurant is Hubert, a French restaurant I always recommend. Some must-try dishes include the kimchi gratin, Murray cod, Gruyère soufflé and crème caramel.
What attracted you to ProQuest?
When I first read the job ad, I felt an immediate sense of alignment and could see it was a great place to work with values I connected to. Speaking with the team, I learned about the transformation the company was going through, and I felt confident that I could bring my expertise and experience to support this journey.
Being the first hire across ProQuest and Decision Inc. made the role even more exciting. With my background in management consulting, there is a sense of familiarity, but at the same time it is a new opportunity to make an impact, work closely with leadership teams across regions and influence the process. It’s both exciting and challenging, and I’m ready for it.
What is your favourite part about working at ProQuest so far?
The culture and the people have been the standout for me. Everyone has been so welcoming, and it is clear that the values here are not just words but truly lived every day. There is a genuine recognition and appreciation for people, while also building a high-performing culture. We work hard, but we also have fun, and that balance is inspiring. I love that we hold ourselves to a strong reputation and standard in the market, which makes ProQuest attractive and empowering for the right people.
Join us in welcoming Darrshi to the ProQuest family! We’re excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make. 🎉
