We asked Natalia a few questions to get to know her a bit better…
What part of Salesforce do you love the most? Why?
I love Salesforce’s automation tools, especially Flows. They feel like puzzles that challenge both creative thinking and analytical skills. Solving challenges and seeing the immediate impact is incredibly satisfying. I also appreciate that Salesforce as a company never stops evolving, which keeps things exciting. Every project is different, and working with unique client requirements means no two days are the same. That’s what makes consulting so rewarding.
What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working:
I love being in nature, whether it’s hiking, snorkelling, or gardening. Hiking is especially rewarding because it challenges both the body and mind, and the views make it all worth it. I’m also passionate about sustainability and dream of building a home surrounded by nature one day.
When I’m not outdoors, I enjoy music, playing the piano, and listening to different genres from electronic to Brazilian bossa nova. I also love reading about psychology and human behaviour, especially on a rainy day with a cup of tea. And of course, nothing beats catching up with friends.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
I’d go for ‘Dog Days Are Over’ by Florence and the Machine. It is so energetic and full of happiness and emotion, making it perfect for a karaoke night.
What is the one website (or app) you can’t live without?
Spotify. I love discovering new music that fits every occasion, whether I am working, hanging out with friends, or just relaxing. The more you listen, the better the recommendations get!
What is your favourite part of working from home?
The time saved from not commuting is a big plus, especially when it can take up to two hours a day for an average person. It is also nice to avoid bad weather, which I remember well from my time in Poland where rainy days could be tough. The flexibility of working from home makes a big difference.
What is your favourite restaurant or go-to food in Australia?
My go-to food is Asian soups, whether it’s ramen, Thai soup, or Chinese noodles. They are the ultimate comfort food.
What attracted you to ProQuest?
ProQuest felt like a forward-thinking company that embraces innovation, which is so important in the ever-evolving Salesforce ecosystem. During the recruitment process and meet-and-greet, I saw how friendly and supportive everyone is. The mix of innovation and a great team made it an easy choice.
What is your favourite part about working at ProQuest so far?
The best part so far is seeing how engaged and connected everyone is, even on Slack. Even if you are not working directly with someone, you can always have a chat and have fun. After meeting the team, I could see that people treat each other with respect and curiosity, which helps build great bonds.
Join us in welcoming Natalia to the ProQuest family! We’re excited to have you on board and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make. 🎉😊
