We asked Caroline a few questions to get to know her a bit better...
What part of Salesforce do you love the most? Why?
I really enjoy how vast and flexible the Salesforce platform is. Whether you're working in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or beyond, there are so many possibilities to tailor solutions that truly meet business needs. I started my journey with Marketing Cloud before earning my Admin certification and then moving into core clouds, but what keeps me engaged is the constant innovation. No matter the sector or industry, there’s always something new to learn, explore, and build.
What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working:
Outside of work, I love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking, going for walks, travelling, or discovering new food spots. Exploring new places and immersing myself in different cultures is something I find really fulfilling.
When the weather isn’t playing along, I’m happy to unwind with a good book and a cup of green tea. I’m also very curious about sustainability and enjoy learning more about how we can live and work more responsibly.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
I’m definitely not the best singer, but I absolutely enjoy singing. My go-to karaoke track would have to be I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys. You can’t go wrong with a classic like that. And if there’s any Celine Dion on the list, I’m all in!
What is the one website (or app) you can’t live without?
It’s hard to choose just one, but WhatsApp is essential for staying in touch with family and friends across different countries. I also can’t go without Spotify. I’m currently really into reggaeton for that upbeat, punchy Latino vibe that keeps my energy up throughout the day.
What is your favourite part of working from home?
Definitely not having to commute. It saves so much time and it means I can log off earlier too. I also love the comfort of working in a sweatshirt without needing to dress up. Coming from France, where transport strikes are common, I used to lose up to an hour just getting to work, so being able to skip all that has been a big win.
What is your favourite restaurant or go-to food in Australia?
One of my favourites is Ito. They have the best mushroom noodles. I don’t eat meat, and their mushroom noodles are incredible. If you enjoy carbonara, it has that same creamy, comforting feel, just without the meat. So good!
What attracted you to ProQuest?
ProQuest stood out to me as a highly regarded Salesforce partner in Australia with a great reputation. From the moment I visited the website and had my first interview, I could sense a strong team spirit and a culture that values people as individuals, not just employees. That human connection really mattered to me. I first saw the job offer on Indeed, and after exploring the company’s page and learning it’s a certified Great Place to Work, I knew it was somewhere I wanted to be.
What is your favourite part about working at ProQuest so far?
The best part so far has been the people. From day one, the team has been incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. I really appreciated the chance to be involved in Agentforce projects early on. It has been a great learning experience and a great way to collaborate with others.
Join us in welcoming Caroline to the ProQuest family! We’re excited to have you on board and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make. 🎉😊
