Meet Charisse: New Digital Marketing Executive
Meet our new Digital Marketing Executive, Charisse! With a deep passion for all things digital, she brings over 7 years of marketing expertise from the IT and construction industry. Whilst having a multimedia background, Charisse realised her passion for technology and opted to work with the best of both worlds, focusing on utilising online platforms to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and propel business growth. As she joins our team, Charisse eagerly looks forward to diving into Salesforce, expanding ProQuest Consulting’s digital presence, and unlocking a world of new opportunities.
We asked Charisse a few questions to get to know her a bit better…
What part of Salesforce do you love the most? Why?
I had no actual training on Salesforce prior to joining ProQuest, but I did have experience in handling a different CRM tool. I definitely love the ecosystem that Salesforce has built. I can see that people are hungry for improvement and are not afraid of helping one another grow.
What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working?
In my free time, I play MMORPGs and watch tons of anime. I also do cosplay. I love to eat, sleep and relax when outside work.
I also make sure I use Duolingo daily as I am trying to learn Japanese through the app.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
My go-to songs are boyband songs so that people can sing along- Uptown Girl by Westlife or I Want It That Way by Backstreet Boys.
What is the one website (or app) you can’t live without?
Duolingo- it has been a daily habit that started during the pandemic to learn Japanese, and now it is my pride that I haven’t broken my streak since day one of using it.
What is your favourite part of working from home?
Traffic in the Philippines is so bad, so saving that time for other activities has been a great thing. I have been using it to rest more, spend time with family, and do other things.
What attracted you to ProQuest?
I was initially attracted by its “Great Place to Work” award. Being in the company now, I am glad to be working with like-minded individuals who are excited to be better and help others in their quest to grow
What is your favourite part about working at ProQuest so far?
It is a new environment for me. The people are all so kind, and are so caring about each other, and that exudes as well with their work. Everyone always offers a helping hand and is ecstatic to add value to others. It’s an incredibly fun and extremely capable group.
