New Customer Success Manager: Meet Nadin
Meet Nadin, our new Customer Success Manager! She loves to be active and can often be found having a stroll in her favourite walking spot at Centennial Park. She also enjoys a spot of baking, the perfect balance! We can’t wait to try some of your baked sweet treats! We’re looking forward to getting to know Nadin properly and already know she’s the perfect fit to take excellent care of our customers!
What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working?
When I’m not working I enjoy catching up with friends and family, doing something outdoors such as a walk along the beach or the occasional bike ride at Centennial Park. I also really enjoy baking (but not the clean up that comes with it!).
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
I’m not really a fan of Karaoke (yes I said it!) but if I had to choose a song to grace the mic with it would most likely be Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance.
What is the one website (or app) you can’t live without?
This would have to be WhatsApp. Purely for the ease of communication compared to other apps for me – texting, sending and receiving photos and videos and making video calls are all so easy.
What is your favourite part of working from home?
The comfort that your own home provides. For me this includes a comfortable dress code (activewear all day every day), my own personal bathroom and kitchen amenities, plus an endless supply of snacks!
What is your favourite restaurant or go-to food in Sydney?
My go-to food when I was working in North Sydney was definitely Betty’s Burgers (crispy chicken always!) When I’m at home it has to be a local pizza joint called My Mother’s Cousin (the Korean wings and cheese pizza are my favourite!).
What attracted you to ProQuest?
The diversity of backgrounds of the team here. I’m looking forward to learning about the team, their cultural and professional backgrounds!
What is your favourite part about working at ProQuest so far?
So far my favourite part has definitely been the people. Everyone has been so welcoming, so polite and willing to help. I can already tell there is a great team culture which I am excited to be a part of.
