Last Yard launches Salesforce Agentic AI with ProQuest partnership

Last Yard has partnered with ProQuest to launch Salesforce Agentic AI, accelerating and scaling its global Sales Development efforts. As Last Yard continues to grow into new markets with a strong partner ecosystem, reaching the right prospects with relevant messaging has become essential.

To support this mission, Salesforce Agentic AI now assists the SDR function by generating personalised first-touch emails using contextual data from CRM and public sources. The Last Yard sales team reviews these AI-drafted messages before sending them out, ensuring a balance of precision and human authenticity.

Once the first email is sent, a series of three follow-up messages is automatically triggered by the Agentic AI flow. These follow-ups dynamically embed relevant marketing content from Last Yard’s LinkedIn profile and website, keeping outreach consistent and context-rich.

Every outbound sequence is time-zoned to align with the recipient’s region, and automatically pauses when a reply is received—handing control back to their sales team for personalised engagement. It’s a perfect example of humans and AI working hand in hand to drive meaningful conversations.
