ProQuest Recognised Again as a Great Place to Work in 2025
We’re not big on buzzwords, but we do care about building a workplace that works for people. That commitment has now been recognised three years in a row, with ProQuest once again named a Great Place to Work in 2025, based on what our team shared about their experience here.
Evolving the Way We Work
This past year brought a big shift for us, as ProQuest joined forces with Decision Inc., a global leader in data and AI. Any kind of structural change can test a team's foundations, but what stood out was how people showed up for each other. Whether they had been with us for years or had just come on board, the focus remained on supporting one another and making space for everyone to contribute.
We’ve also seen how much technology, especially AI, is reshaping the way businesses do more. Tools like Agentforce, Salesforce’s AI agent platform, are shaping the future of work. By taking on repetitive tasks, AI agents make space for teams to focus on meaningful, high-impact work. Understanding this and helping others adopt to this new technology helps us build a stronger balance between human expertise and intelligent automation, and empower our customers to do more with less.
We have also been strengthening the foundations that matter most. This includes our core offerings in Field Service, Customer Service, and industry-specific solutions across Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, Home Health, and Retail. Our commitment is twofold: to continue delivering real value to our customers and to provide our team with the environment and tools they need to do their best work.
What keeps us grounded through all of this is our set of core values: Excellence, Teamwork, Honesty, Innovation, Customer Centricity, and Social Impact. These aren't just words on a wall. They guide how we make decisions, collaborate, and navigate change together.
